Why exercising regularly so hard?

One reason is because physical effort is the first thing that comes to our mind at the mention of the word “workout” or “training”? Hence the excuses not to exercise in the first place, let alone regularly.

Find your main reason to move, and make sure it is not physical. It helps to draw it. Here’s mine, although I am usually a pretty peaceful person.

It doesn’t matter where you begin. Make is sweet and short. Place it in the small circle and start. Sitting around is not an acceptable form of something. Thinking about it for a really long time doesn’t count either.

So why not start with something super small and super light that you enjoy?
